Anyone know how to clear the Alerts in the Blue Iris App? I selected Delete all alerts and it still shows over 300 in the little notification bubble in the App. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it won't go away.

I have this camera (DS-2DE4A425IW-DE) it should support the Onvif feature. I must have something not configured correctly. In the Onvif device manager I see events happening.
UPDATE: I figured it out
Is it normal for the Event # to keep going up every second, I have get events with pull point checked because I'm trying to get info from the camera into BlueIris, which I'm having a hard time doing. Not sure what I have wrong here.
Having an issue setting this up, my cameras are set to record continuously, but would like an alert set. Do i need to change port or anything. I have a PTZ with smart tracking.

Does anyone know how to get this setup with a Hikvision PTZ camera with Smart tracking and have the alarm sent to Blue Iris, I've tried to follow this PIR route but its not working.
I have a Hikvision DS-2DE4A425IW-DE PTZ Speed Dome with Smart tracking, how can I set this up to use the cameras motion and Intrusion detection and send the alerts and alarms to Blue Iris? I have looked around but everything is talking about PIR and I tried following some of those examples and...
