I logged out of Edge and uninstalled it, deleting all data on this device but not across my other machines. Then re-installed Edge, logged into BI via UI3 and only then logged back in to MS to synch data. It's working. I was worried I would have to delete all my saved logins and cache data...

It's something switched wrong in the Edge browser. Just tried Safari and it logged right in. I will uninstall Edge and reinstall that. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.
