Area of Interest (AoI) Greyed Out

Thanks for the advice. Edit: it appears that this is a result of "dual streaming". I was able to disable the sub stream (which enabled the AoI)... but the AoI is removed/greyed out the moment that I re-enable the sub-stream...

Area of Interest (AoI) Greyed Out

Hello! I'm trying to edit the Area of Interest on one of my cameras. I'm trying to avoid facing a partial wall and a neighbor's window. I've used AoI on other cameras, but the option seems to be greyed out (even for an existing camera where AoI is set and working - I can no longer edit...

Having issues with Amcrest IP3M-941 Wireless (Blue Iris Main Stream = 0.00 FPS)

Hey - this (mostly) worked!! I'm not getting an FPS (and the 1080p MP appears to be working!) I did have to remove the "&proto=Onvif" code in the stream profile for it actually connect:

I tried both of those Make/Model profiles and neither fixed the Main FPS issue...

Having issues with Amcrest IP3M-941 Wireless (Blue Iris Main Stream = 0.00 FPS)

I don't recall ever rotating or changing the camera in the GUI (how can I tell?) I bumped up the buffer to 40MB. I'm not 100% sure what you meant by the "blank box". I was able to change the resolution to 1080p in the Amcrest settings, but the main FPS is still 0.

Having issues with Amcrest IP3M-941 Wireless (Blue Iris Main Stream = 0.00 FPS)

wittaj - thanks for the super fast response (as always)! I made the changes that you suggested - but the camera signal doesn't appear to be found by BI (I confirmed that my user/password are correct). If I remove the "&proto=Onvif" from the end of the stream profile, the camera is found -...

Having issues with Amcrest IP3M-941 Wireless (Blue Iris Main Stream = 0.00 FPS)

Hi All! I have a single Amcrest IP3M-941 wireless PTZ camera that I use in a location where running ethernet was not practical. I have 23 other Amcrest/Dahua cameras using POE. All of this is running in Blue Iris 5.7.8.1. My issue that the substream shows up fine, but the main stream usually...

One of my cameras will not open at full res in UI3 (but works fine directly in BI)

It doesn't appear that I have this enabled: My UI3 (and BI) profile is "Active" - not sure how to correlate that to the "Streaming 0/1/2" encode profiles.

One of my cameras will not open at full res in UI3 (but works fine directly in BI)

Yes - when I double click the camera (to make it full screen), it displays in full resolution. Note - it doesn't say "Main Stream" anywhere - but I'm certain that it is.

One of my cameras will not open at full res in UI3 (but works fine directly in BI)

I think so - but how can I tell? It's one of 24 cameras - the resolution is like 360 x 360 when viewing "All Cameras" in the BI Console (not UI3).

One of my cameras will not open at full res in UI3 (but works fine directly in BI)

I have 24 cameras running in BI 5.7.8.1. 1 (and only 1!) of these cameras does not like to play nice in UI3. However, it works just fine directly in BI. This camera is a Reolink RLC-410 (1 of 10 cameras in my system). I have it set for mainstream (12FPS) and substream. The substream works...

    Help with Drive Overallocation

Thanks - I decided to delete all of the recordings from this drive and try again. I am aware that the usable space in a 3TB drive is 2.72TB (I mention that very point in my original post). I set the limit size to 2600 and this cleared the over-allocation. I still don't understand why it...
