I have a Dahua PTZ camera. I have it working fine on my Android device using Tiny Cam Pro. I've loaded Tiny Cam Pro onto my wife's Ipad, and I cannot get the camera to work. I get the message that the camera is "Off Line" Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can try?

Is it possible to view my Dahua camera from the internet using the DMSS app? It works fine when I'm on my local network, but I would like to be able to view the camera when away from home.

You were exactly right. I had reset it and not realized it. Thank you for the help. Funny you mention not wanting to touch the internet. I was messing with the settings trying to let me access mine from the internet. That may be my next question if I can't figure it out.

This is the button I am pushing and think it is the reset.

Thanks. I tried this. After changing my computers IP, I was able to connect to the camera. The first thing I see is a log on screen that needs a user name and password. This is where I get stuck. I tried admin admin with no luck.

Is there instructions for this? There really wasn't much that came with it.

I just purchased this camera, Loryta SD49225XA-HNR I need to change the IP adress, and to do that I need a user name and password. Do these come with a default? Does anyone know what the user name and password would be out of the box? Thank you
