I have a few different IP cams, but the ethernet/poe connection seems loose, and sometimes it will be out for days before connecting back again. Is there any suggestions on how to keep these locked in tight together?

Negative, I don't have anything else POE beyond this NVR.
Although I don't think its the cams? All 3 types (8cams total) (bullet/turret/indoor) don't get power, and work with a 12v. That'd be quite the shipment of lemons.

Just to confirm, there is no property to enable POE, it should be enabled out of the box?
