Well, I put a lightly used 32GB card in the camera, formatted in the camera. Same behavior. The camera will reflect that it is recording, when trying to find the recorded file, none are evident. I fear there is some little checkbox somewhere in the software that needs a nudge.....

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3156421)

Tonight I discovered a correlation between the 5/14 update of Win10 and highly increased CPU load when only running BI. I rolled back the update and BI stats seem normal again. For my setup 25-35% CPU usage was normal, today it was running 80-100% before rolling back the Win10 update.
