    Ahh, so the 80/160 Mbps is actually total bandwidth of all internal channels? I assume this is limited by some internal switch then. I guess I should be good since I got the 16-port version. I'll have 10Mbps available for each camera. Thanks for the quick reply!

    Thanks, I played around with the system a little bit more and see that I do indeed have the "language mismatch" error. I was able to manually connect using ONVIF and everything is working fine now.

    So it seems the problem was the micro SD Card got corrupted. I couldn't repartition it on Linux or Windows, and can't write to it on those systems either. I'll go and get another one, and only have it write to the sdcard when the PIR is triggered.

    Ok, glad it sounds possible, just more complicated. I did buy a USB to serial adapter and have used it for some projects before including un-bricking a 2432 I really screwed up before.

    HIKVISION mtd Brick Recovery Guide

    The 'nolock' option is what I needed. I was able to hack the mtdblock5/6 back to Chinese. Put v5.3.0 Chinese on there. Now PIR events show on the trigger feed, so camera works how I want it to! Thanks for the help!
