I recently updated to 5.6.2.6 on 10/17/22, thought I had did the update before that one though. Ever since the update I am not showing any saved clips on the calendar on my mobile device and no clips show on the side bar clip screen. I raised my file limit size for new from 720ish to 1500 but...
no mcafee, app connects to but still freezes after a couple seconds, what kind of issues would cause the freezing ?Everything else is working like normal.
update: might of figured it out, in my virus software they had a setting set for Blue Iris to only allow designated ports, I switched it to allow all ports and now my app is not freezing. And canyouseeme.org is connecting!
App working, but would only one user be allowed to access the app at a time? And when I select a single camera it shows live video for 3 seconds then freezes? I never had any of these problems before the upgrade.
Other things I am looking at that shouldn't have changed but may be affecting the problem. My WAN setup on the router has " Disable Port Scan and DoS Protection " checked off. My Internet setup has the "Get Dynamically from ISP " checked off. Just noticed the PC was picking up the wireless ip...
set BI PC with static ip and tried all the scenarios mentioned above and still cant get app to open, LAN and WAN refresh to adjusted ports when I change them
I tried and to no avail, but my LAN for the BI server had changed form what it had previously been. I tried changing the ports in BI and on the router with the new LAN address and tried switching the LAN back to the old address with port 8080 and with same outcome.
