I want to only use the AI when there is motion. Seems simple enough - trigger on motion. The problem is, that creates an alert list image even if AI Tool hasn't done the confirmation. Is there a way to only save images when there is motion, and then use the trigger URL to create an alert list...

Of course, but to be fair, I didn't really want support. I was happy with the workaround and you encouraged me to reach out to support. :-)

So far I got an email back saying my support expired. He did follow up with some questions, so I'll answer those. Other than that, the workaround seems to be working great so unless he wants to pursue a fix I'm going to consider it resolved.

O...M...G.... I laughed a bit when I saw your response, but sure enough, he reset button was stuck under the housing. I used a tiny screwdriver to fish it out. Works perfectly now. Spent an hour trying everything else, never thought that it might be a hardware problem. Thank you so much!
