Never mind. I figured it out. It stores those high res files in the Alerts folder not the Blue Iris New folder. Thanks again for the help, Much appreciated.

I have another question. Here is a snapshot of my clips. In the clip labeled 4/27/2022 9:09:39 PM you see a car in the thumbnail. When I load up the high-res picture there is no car. Why? The next high res photo is 9:10 PM and it also has no car in the photo. They all seem to be like this. I...
