Yes. I uninstalled BI4 and as far as I can tell didn't lose any of my settings. That said backup your settings first just in case!

Thanks. After I read your post I went back in entered my v4 key and then pressed yes when it said i need to purchase extended support and then I entered my new support key. That worked.

I upgraded from v4 to v5 and it seemed like everything went well.. but.... I purchased extended support and received license code and when I enter it I get a message telling me I need to use my v4 license key. So I found that in my emails and entered it but it tells me that it is a v4 key and I...
