    The presets work fine when accessing the camera through the internet browser, however they still don't work in BI, along with the +- focus and arrows.

    Thanks for the suggestion - I tried this but it didn't change anything. It appears that changing to V4 has worked for everyone else but me. I'm not sure if it means anything, but I did notice when I went to add the camera back in on the 'Camera Discovery' section it didn't detect the camera...

    My guess would be the IP address for these cameras are clashing with other cameras / devices on your network that already have the same IP address.
