Problem was solved by me. I entered the wrong HTTP ports and server ports in my App DDNS configuration for cam 2 and cam 3. I accidentally swapped the ports. Now everything works fine as expected. :)

And why do I get remote configuration access in Hik Connect App for only one cam? All cams are configured identically except IPs and ports.

Ist must be a bug in the Hik-Connect App or the hik Connect platform service.
Browser access works with correct live views. Even the streams in VLC Player are displayed correctly for each cam.
I have an strange issue. My devices added by hik connect platform all show the same live stream after adding manual DDNS ports. The streams are also randomly switching.
Port forwarding is made in main Internet router for http and server port. Cams are all accessable by browser.

I bought a 12 V sirene (two wires +/-) for my cam and I want to connect it to cam's alarm output. Does anybody have an instruction for a correct wiring?
