You're missing my point, it's not user error. It should be simple to do for ANY user. No one is going to go through this every time. They should be able to simply go into the APP, and tap the the button for the corresponding camera, turn turn "on" to "off"...boom, done. And yes MANY other NVRs...

I monitor 8 servers. It seems a bit random, but they all give me Watchdog notifications that they are off for a few minutes, then back on. But when I get the notification that they're off, I check them and they're still on. So it's a problem with the watchdog service
