Okay, and how could I check that? The VTO starts blinking when I powered it instantly and I powered the VTO while I'm holding the circle button it sopped blinking but the VTO disappeared from the network.

Me too, I feed it with a 12V 1A AC adapter. it was working well after a 10 - 15min the namespace starts blinking as in the picture above.

The VTO wired too close to the power plug and Actually I'm not using the VTNS1060A switch just a Huawei router and it was working well the problem appears just a 10 - 15min after the installation and testing. Thank's for your time ;)

When you sent the XML file that you exported by the SADP tool you have to keep the DVR turned on, don't turn the device off until they send you back the file and you use it because every time you turn off the DVR, The key is changing.
