    The iFrame rate (is that the attached frame rate file?) When I adjust the camera to 15fps instead of 30fps, it goes right back to 30fps over a couple of seconds. 1 2 or 3 cameras, it does not matter. Its the same issue (#2 and #3 are black/bars).

    Is this what you are looking for? Nothing pops up that I can see here. I also adjusted the camera slider and the 2 non working ones get all glitchy and are using frames from the 1st camera. If we are thinking computer issue of some sort... Dell OptiPlex 9020 Desktop PC 3.20GHz Core i5-4570...

    For awhile only 1 of my 2 cameras were showing properly in BI5. I added a 3rd one and it does the same thing. The phone app works fine. Videos record, no issue. It just does not show correctly in BI5. See attached for what I mean. No idea what could be the issue here.

    I wish I knew what the real problem was. I did a hard reset on the camera, deleted it completely from BI and then restarted the computer and added the camera back. It fixed it. Thanks for your help folks

    I should just be using H.264. I am just learning all this right but here are screen shots - are there any other locations that I am missing?

    I have been messing with my cameras to get the setup for the first time. One of my cameras went black or the rainbow screen. If i go to settings I can see the playback. I have no idea what happened here? I deleted the camera and reset it back up, swapped POE ports, nothing.
