I'm not 100% sure anything is wrong with it but since maybe the update before that one, the mp4 files that are generated for email are garbage in my system. They were OK last week and to my knowledge, nothing else has changed.

Steven, I'm at 5.0.1.0 right now and I think there were 2 updates in the last week, so maybe a version about 2 weeks ago, also will your copies update the 64bit version? thanks!

Totally confused, it appears your SW ver is older than what I have, but your PTZ ver is newer than what I have even though the camera says its up to date.

@randyh What firmware are you running, especially the PTZ firmware? This is the firmware as shipped.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had nothing in the path, don't know why it wasn't populated. Tried what you have and now it won't connect, error 80000007a (check port/user/password).
