How to ideally seal a cable hole in a 5" PVC camera mounting box?

I do it a little different and it was inspired from somebody here: I drill through the mounting bracket and insert one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083K57N4N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1 You can pass a ethernet cable through it and then terminate the cable...

    Review-SD4A425DB-HNY 1/2.8" CMOS 4MP 25x Starlight Auto-tracking MiniPTZ

I should say it is in the same spot in the frame. When I zoom in it gets more pronounced.

    Review-SD4A425DB-HNY 1/2.8" CMOS 4MP 25x Starlight Auto-tracking MiniPTZ

I have mounted my camera and I have noticed artifacts in the picture - three black specs. They stay in the same place in frame when moving around (PT) and are the same size when I zoom in and out (Z). So does not look to be on the outside of the camera lens. Is this a sensor issue or dust...

    Review-SD4A425DB-HNY 1/2.8" CMOS 4MP 25x Starlight Auto-tracking MiniPTZ

Ok I just got my camera setup and still trying to come to terms with the new UI. Can somebody please help me with the auto tracking feature. Where is it in the UI? I don't have a spotter camera. I just want the camera to track people or objects. I have an ocean view does anybody know if I...

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

Is the ipc-t5442t-ze still a good camera? Is there something similar that is better at the current moment. Was thinking about the Mini PTZ SD4A425DB-HNY so I can move around and see different views of the ocean, but that is a big step up. I was reading the review thread and I don't need night...

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

I pulled the camera today and took it to my work bench, did a factory reset and connected to a POE injector and have the same issue. If it is a bad connection, then it is internal to the camera. Time to get a replacement I think.

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

Thanks. That is directly from the Camera's UI and changing it to CBR didn't fix it. Both Main and Substreams are pixilated or green (main is below).

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

The connector is inside the camera mounting bracket. My routine for connecting cables is to connect them with the provided weatherproof connector. Spray CorrosionX into the connection and then screw it all together inside the weatherproof connector. I then wrap the entire connector in self...

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

That image is directly from logging into the camera itself.

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

Yeah was thinking that too. I'll have to get the ladder out this weekend and climb up to check it. It has been fine for a while and just started doing it. Would a bad connection cause pixelization? I don't see any error counts in my switch

    IPC-T5442T-ZE picture issues

My IPC-T5442T-ZE is on the fritz: It is pixelating random amounts of the image every couple of seconds or so. I have rebooted the camera, but that doesn't help. I am on 2.800.15OG000.0.T, Build Date: 2020-08-25 Firmware. It is about three years old. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dan

    Deepstack motion detection tuning...

I am not getting any alerts. Only reviewing the video do I see the car. The paper delivery guy is notorious for ripping up and down the streets at 4am. Maybe I should turn down the min duration?

    Deepstack motion detection tuning...

Does anybody have recommendations on fast moving objects, like speeding cars. I have tuned the number of real time images down to zero and have 750 for the analyze one each. But the cars are at night and there is a lot of headlight glare. The logs show no deepstack activity at that time and...
