Please advise what is the best way to separate all iot devices from other devices in home?

Docsis 3.0 Modem
tp link archer A7 router and another spare router which also have 2.5 and 5g bands
poe nvr
two poe ip camera
two non poe ip camera

Those 2 outdoor cameras are close to power source so not at all difficult to power them via regular 12v adapter but I understand I can use the same power outlet for powerline adapter

I did not even think of zoom capacity. I only searched for ONVIF /POE /PTZ /optical zoom /auto tracking /sd card /email alert / 2 way audio and this cam passed all my checkmarks so...

Coincidently I have also dedicated 2.4 channel for 4 wifi cams with 128gb sd card - I have not setup blueiris yet.
But since they have an sd card - I dont care if they loose signal sometimes...(I.e. it only record/store video or image...
I wanted to ask do I need POE or POE+ type of switch ..I learned poe is 15w rated and poe+ is rated 30w so which one of these 2 switch ?
and Do I need managed switch or unmanaged is fine?

It does say 12V power adapter but nothing about POE

I created a separate wifi network for camera ...and I saw router gave an address like 192.168.8.--- and I can watch this cam wirelessly on app suggested by cam seller but when I type of this local ip address on my browser

no actually I dont want to use android apps to login/connect to those cams - and many of them dont provide web browser option -
To my understanding ...in order to add ip camera via BI interface - we must have ip address of that camera - correct me if am wrong and there are other options to add...
Thanks I will review those links but quick question - with blue iris or any other software can we avoid using those android apps with their permissions?
