    So migrated the NVR device to the Dahua account and now notifications do display play button. It seems that they want people to move to new account based setup.

    Hi @EmpiretechAndy I have the NV41AI-8P-4KH. After the update I cannot play short video clips in the "Events" page. I only see thumbnails of the event. Any way to rectify this?

    There was a recent update to the DMSS software for Android. I have the tripe wire setup on my NVR. I would get Trip wire alarms in the events section of the App where there would be a 15-20 second short video. But now the event page only show a picture not the video clip. Any idea on how to...

    I have another question? Is there a way to access the recorded video file on the NVR? Say for example if I want to copy 1 days worth of recording on my NAS? Also save the tipwwire video snippets without recording them on the phone again?

    lol. Same situation in the NVR. On the AI section when i search for IVS events, i can see the clips. But in the Search/Record section where you see recording, none of this gets tagged as AI, I just have full length continuous recording.

    Once I hot the playback, i don't see the events listed in the search. The IVS video notifications are there and I can play it. But they don't appear in the search. On the NVR, I can go to AI section and search under IVS and found the clips, but on the search/Recording side, it's all black.
