    Hikvision MS-8804NI-E1 / 4P NVR won't add camera

    I have a Hikvision MS-8804NI-E1 / 4P and I bought a new camera, but it shows up as "Offline(Network Abnormal)" as below. I connected the camera (using the same cable) to a POE switch and the camera works fine (I connect and get a live view). What am I missing? Thanks.
