Does anyone have any experience with the Nelly's R-series cameras?
I just need a basic 2.8mm camera to watch my driveway and the 2MP R-Series fits the bill for less than $50.

My BI system tray icon keeps disappearing. I can get it back by going into settings > startup > uncheck use system tray icon, click OK, and go back in and do the same thing. This happens every week or so. I'm on Windows 10 with the latest updates.
Thanks!
So I have BI setup on my main computer doing all the NVR stuff. I want to be able to view my cameras while I'm out in the garage (detached). What software can I use to just view them? I know I can just open them up in a browser, but I'd rather not do it that way.
Thanks!
Still nothing after uninstall/reinstall using a freshly downloaded blueiris.exe.
It's strange that it will record and playback from my foscrap just fine, but nothing from my Hik 2332.
So if I switch recording formats to MPEG-4, I can view the recordings in an external player. I seems to be something broken with the Blue Iris DVR files themselves or the player inside of BI.
Ok. I rebooted. Same deal. I even just updated to 4.1.9.2. I'm going to see if deleting all past recordings and rebuilding the DB will fix it.
Edit: That didn't work.
You know...that's the only thing I haven't done yet. LOL
But, no error messages or anything. And it's only my Hikvision camera that's affected. The other crappy cameras still playback just fine.
So after latest update to 4.1.9, my recordings are all black!? I can see a small preview when I expand the clips pane, but when they play, it's just a black box. I haven't changed any settings and this worked fine before it updated. Any suggestions?
I just picked up some "self-bonding silicone repair tape", sounds like the same stuff that you're describing. I'll just use that. The official box is way too expensive for what it is.
Thanks!
I want to mount my 2332 under the eaves of my house, but I don't want to drill a huge hole to get the connector through. I know the connector fits behind the camera without the weatherproof thing on it, but I don't want to leave the connection open like that. Will this camera fit on a regular...
