    So close !! I changed H264+ to H264 and loaded up the Batch Configuration Tool. I added the PTZ camera but "Batch Config" was not highlighted. Any ideas ? (see att screen shot)

    Trust me, updating the NVR is an act of last resort. I have the same problem as you.

    John, We live in rural California and it's very dark at night. I much prefer the DS-2DE4425IW-DE, since it provides great IR and zoom coverage of the front of our property, day or night. Brian
