    hello i used this version V2.1.1 Build120218 i can see activity the serial console using putty asking me for the adress i pt 192.0.0.63 and the adress of tftp server is 192.0.0.123 upgrad fail in 50 %

    I HAVE NVR HIKVISION DS-7732NI-SP I TRIED TO FLASH USING CONSOLE RS-232 AND tftp server but after i cant see anything just a black screen on the tv please what i can do many thnx :(
