Using a short cable for testing, it works fine. Ran a new cable outside and will test the new cable run later. At least it's been isolated now :)

Yeah, I'm leaning toward cabling issue as it was a new installation and it worked fine for a bit, but became intermittent with physical movement of the NVR. The NVR side of the ethernet cable was re-terminated twice since then and it's still having issues. Going to do a new cable run today and...

Can you share your settings? I tried it but it still asks me for a plug-in when it launches IE Tab.
