Haven't touched them. All camera IPs were assigned by the Lorex NVR. All in the 10.1.1.XX range

I'm fine with P2P but Wireguard VPN is better for me when the P2P connection sucks

Only if you want to do a VPN also as a redundancy.

It takes but a few minutes to set up and may come handy if P2P server goes down.

I see. Do you get notifications when using the VPN?

I got this half working on my asus router but everytime I'd try and connect to DMSS it would timeout or say my internet connection was unusual and wouldn't work. I tried both wireguard and openvpn. The asus router even shows a green checkmark to show its connected. If you get this working on yours please list the steps that you took.

Have you ran a speed test? Maybe your connection is too slow.
