Can't get Acupick to work

Hi, this new NVR is quite the learning curve for me coming from reolink, and no matter what with Metadata and IVS intrusion detection both turned on I can't get any detections or faces from my B54IR Z4E S3s. I made sure acupick is on on both NVR and camera side. Am I doing something wrong because I am still looking for an Acupick operation manual.
Thanks

Question, are you using face Detection and IVS at the same time or you just saying that you have tired both setups and neither gave you any data?

Personally I don't know that your camera as others require CPU to work IVS or FD so is one or the other? Have you enabled Smart plan? Normally Pick IVS and supports Tripwire or Intrusion.. If you enable in the events area but don't have a smart plan then nothing will happen..

Next I personally wouldn't pick both Appear and Cross. However with your box being full screen I wouldn't ever have a full screen setup but with full screen setup then Appear would be best seeing the camera wouldn't have a clear line to cross..

Also while I do have a mix of Intrusion and Tripwires on my AI cameras.. I personally prefer Tripwire. Setup the line and pick both direction if that matters or pick the 1 direction you want. As some I have setup going 1 way others I have setup for both...

Also with Intrusion you want Enter but again will want to make sure to have a clear box that the camera can see a person or vehicle outside the box for a clear crossing of the box..

I would double check your Smart Plan and Setup for IVS.. If that is what you want to use.. With IVS heatmap can also be enabled.. I use both.. Hardly look at the heatmap but will check it out every now and again...

What are you expecting accupuck to do?

Most here don't use it in a residential setting.

It works well for a business like say a store and a lost kid and you can quickly see all the cameras the kid was seen on, but at a home, I don't need accupick to tell me if the perp seen on the front of my house was also in the backyard. I can quickly determine that.

Trying it out on here before I get it for my business, still not able to figure out how do people have the acupick tab with face attributes and car colors etc. Mine seems to be off

I can't seem to figure out how to turn acupick attributes on, intrusion and tripwires and all the other stuff were my attempts to see maybe that's the issue

Well setting up your events.. Then you will want to have your events record. Also best to setup in full time recording to be honest.. Then you do the Acupick in playback... Using the NVRs GUI click on playback or you can do Ai search, Then in the event time pause and click the Acupick Icon on the NVR,,. Then click on the person or vehicle that you want to search for and it will bring up all the items that it found in your search requrest.. Then you can click them to play them back. IN my picture here you can see that I have picked out of the 2 choices the person. The Vehicle is Yellow and wasn't the target. That is how it would work for you. I will try and find something that someone has made a video to get a better idea. Killed my HDMI capture device so picture was taken off my monitor.. Video is better found one that shows how to use.
