Hi all, I'm a newbie. I'm sorry if my English and my knowledge isn't good enough. Recently, this camera is broken. when I turn on this camera(I use KBViewPro app), the camera display is distorted with horizontal lines and no clear image. Does anyone know something about this board of camera, I want to learn about this camera and fix it. thanks all.
p/s : I'm sure about the app is ok because I use that app with 4 cameras but only this one is broken down.
Thanks all and wish you guys have a nice day.

So would need little more info about what type of Dahua Camera you have there? Also would help to see what distorted lines you are talking about? Also would be nice to see the Power Board as well.

This is a pic of a motorized varifocal Dahua 4mp from 2021 as you can see from the power board.. Looks like your camera might be from 2018 if I seen it correctly.. Just don't know what the issue is from how you describe it. There are a lot of things that come to mind..

Yeah it is going to be very hard to give better insight on what can happen with a camera only knowing what someone else posted about what their camera was doing.. Your camera might have looked the same but had different reason for it.. I am sure you tried all this.. But off the top of my head I would try a different power source. Make sure it is a good power supply with extra protection from feedback loops.. I would try a different cable, seeing I don't know camera model, If it is IP I would try a different port or if only IR nothing that I have seen leads me to think it is but there has been crazier things.. I would try different SSID.. Then worse case is that it is an issue within the hardware and in that case my guess would be some type of capacitor issue and might even be diode related as both can play a role in video output
