Problems with DS-2CD2732F-ISw - need help

I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2732F-ISw that works fine part of the time, and not at all part of the time. Pretty much every day, the camera goes offline for several hours and I can't access it, neither from my Synology DS system, BlueIris or even straight web access via IP address. I am not sure what is causing that.
It is very unreliable and a problem as it is the one I use for my driveway.
Any help troubleshooting this would be great.

Have you set a static IP address to the camera vs. DHCP? If not, try using a static IP address on you network for the camera.
Are you using wireless? If yes, try it wired to see if the issue is your wireless. If you no longer drop connection, try a different wireless access point/router.

I have a 2432 camera running 5.3.3 on my wireless and it has been pretty much flawless. The rest of my 2xx2 cams are wired on 5.2.5, all with no issues.
