I am getting a fatal error from BI when I try to start it up. It then aborts. I have sent this to BI support but they have not responded at all. Hmm where is their support?
Anyone have an idea what I should do?

When did you email them? They are one person and can take several days.

What do the BI and Windows logs say?

Do you let Windows and BI auto update?

Is it not running as a service?

Do you expect immediate support on a Saturday? Is this is a joke...
You dont provide any useful information, version, auto update?
if you had auto update on this is your problem....run an older version of the update file to revert back...
what antivirus are you using? regardless disable it

I sent them a request earlier in the week. The post to this forum was done after a number of days of no answer. My BI was down for several days. They did provide a fix.

Thanks for the info. They finally did provide a fix.

So, are you going to Provide the Answer to the Fix ? This might Help the Next guy out..you know
Yes. Since my BI would no longer run, they provided a link to a newer version that had a fix (5.8.2.3. )
