If you watch the video a little further the driver and passenger walk away no injuries. Police tested driver no impairment and he said he fell asleep. Fence and truck had the only damage.

I'm so glad he got hung up and spun the tires and couldn't take off...Now the home owner has a leg to stand on.....What in the hell was he doing with the fence section.... or was that his topper?

Fence is for home construction as new house is being built.

They lived close by and walked home. Got a tow-truck and pulled it out.
