Camera to BI through DDNS

Hi guys !
I have had four local wired cameras (Hikvision) in my BI for four years, and wanted to attach one remote located
Dahua PTZ ro the same BI through DDNS (mobile connection from ed to end).
The camera is empiretechandy/SD5A425XA-HNR and I can see the picture but not control the PTZ !
Here is my setup, can you guys see any conflict ?


Used the Find/inspect



Any knowledege woul be appreciated !

add the onvif port to the ptz tab

Try Dahau V4 for the PTZ instead of ONVIF in the drop down.
