Hello! Looking for your thoughts on this type of install since it is such a long run. I have a Dahua SD52C225U-HNI PTZ that has auto-tracking and would like to use the IPC-Color4K-T180 as an overview camera to trigger my PTZ in Blue Iris, as well as make use of it’s ePTZ capabilities and wider view of our driveway and street.

I was planning on using the TP-Link AC1750 Wifi extender that has a built-in RJ45 jack and use a POE Power Injector to run the IPC-Color4K-T180 camera.

Does this install make sense?

FYI, your link to the TP-LINK device is busted.
The reviews on that particular device (and I'm a TP-LINK fan) are not so good, IMO.

Could you use a PLA (power line adapter, Ethernet over power line) kit instead?

You mean something like the TP-Link AV2000?
