This is what is happening when you have 1/1.7 sensor which is really able to catch light in low light

Vivotek 8367 has 1/2.8 sensor. You can see a lot of noise.

Yep, looks the same. From dealer i paid for demo unit 1029 USD + 329 USD for lenses.

AFAIR it is not on the market yet. Just demo.

Ain't that the truth. Premium smartphones with 4k video recording capability and all the other high end smartphone features cost less than a lot of 4k ip cameras still.
