Having to reset the time on my IPC-HDW2831TM-AS-S2 often by 1 hour. I've turned off all auto reboot feature on camera and NVR, confirmed time zone on both and turned off ntp check on both but still have to change the time on my camera daily lately. Frustrating time stamps of my 1 hour daily.
 
I had a camera that started doing that. A factory reset and setting up the camera by scratch fixed it.

Did it last night so far so good. Odd but I specified mild reset but a complete reset on that cam happened which meant I had to setup the static I.P. and default gateway. Took longer than expected because I didn't notice the default gateway settings and mine were off by 1 number until later.
