Court Rules Investigation Into Biden Admin’s Collusion
with Big Tech to Censor Opposition Can Move Forward
A federal court has granted Missouri and Louisiana’s motion for discovery in a lawsuit that alleges high-ranking members of the Biden administration colluded with the tech giants Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to suppress free speech.
The decision paves the way for Missouri Attorney General Erich Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry to collect discovery and documents from the Biden administration officials and tech giants that were mentioned in the lawsuit.
According to Schmitt, this is the first time a Big Tech censorship lawsuit has had the chance to “look under the hood” at alleged censorship collusion between Big Tech and the Biden administration.
In their motion for discovery, the AGs’ had requested permission to issue interrogatories and document requests to government defendants and serve third-party subpoenas on a limited number of social media platforms.
The AGs intend to use the interrogatories and document requests to request the identities of federal officials that communicated with social media platforms about “disinformation, misinformation, malinformation, or any form of censorship or suppression of online speech” and to request the nature and content of these communications.

Like it or not, Biden will be the reason the US gets invaded on our own soil.
One of the things about a Russia vs US war that I thought of--
I watch LOTS of car crash videos every single day. 10 years ago, those videos were almost all from Russia-- and I quickly noticed that the majority of Russians seen in these videos were NOT FAT... Just the random nature of being captured on video is pretty important-- It is likely a good random sample of people.
In comparison, MANY people in the US are seriously overweight. Certainly there are some fat people in Russia.... but I think the US is seriously a nation of fat asses. Our laziness and food addiction leaves us at risk. (and I can't talk too much shit-- I could stand to drop about 30 pounds or so...)

QUOTE: A New York Supreme Court judge this month quietly ruled that regulations mandating that people infected with or exposed to highly contagious communicable diseases be quarantined are a violation of state law, declaring them null and void.
The Isolation and Quarantine procedures, known as Rule 2.13, were enacted in February.
Three Republican state legislators, Sen. George Borrello, assemblyman Chris Tague, and assemblyman Michael Lawler, along with Uniting NYS, filed a lawsuit against Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul, Commissioner of Health Mary Bassett, the state's health department, and the Public Health and Health Planning Council.
Plaintiffs argued that the Isolation and Quarantine procedures were in violation of the New York State Constitution and a violation of the separation of powers.

To be able to have facts brought forth by health professionals, and leaders within our communities before we just decide to put something into law."

A formal complaint (obtained exclusively by Emerald Robinson) has just been filed with the Georgia State Election Board regarding "errors" in the vote counting in Fulton County that impacted the stolen 2020 election.
This SEB complaint shows that Fulton County's vote tally for the 2020 election as recorded in November, and Fulton County's vote tally for the recount that was conducted and certified in December, do not match.
Let me repeat: the November results and the December recount results do not match.
The entire point of an election recount, of course, is to confirm the previous vote totals on election day — and this did not happen.
Fulton County was unable to do it. The original vote totals for Fulton County from November were: 528,777.The December recount in Fulton County found the vote totals were: 511,543.In other words, more than 17,000 votes could not be found.
Ten tabulators with no poll open tapes, no daily status tapes, and no poll closing tapes. Ten tabulators with more than 20,000 votes with no records at all.
How important are those missing 17,000 votes in Fulton County?
How important are 10 phantom tabulators with 20,000 phantom votes in Fulton County on Election Day? Joe Biden supposedly "won" Georgia by 12,000 votes.

It's clear to see how public opinion changes where knowledge about human life and development increases, but left-wing activists and media have a vested interest in hiding the cruel realities of abortion from Americans. After all, the abortion lobby, led by the likes of Planned Parenthood, capitalizes on this ignorance. They have fought ultrasound requirements for years to keep women from seeing the undeniable baby boys or girls growing in their wombs and are now promoting the chemical abortion pill as a safe, easy way to simply undo a pregnancy, despite the grave danger it poses to women, another fact the poll highlighted.

Perhaps the question lacks nuance. People's views on politics and government and the current state of the nation may have muddled many people's answers. But I'm guessing that the answers at the Evergreen Drive-in would be remarkably different if you asked the same thing. Even with love of country falling out of fashion with our cultural curators (the people in power in news organizations, Hollywood, corporations, government, politics, institutions, academia and Big Tech), many, many people out there remain deeply proud to be American.

Welp....I sense an Afghanistan happening all over again. The US just announced, to Americans still in Ukraine to leave immediately and to not rely on US Government assistance to get out....even if the US may have sent them over there. Typical Biden administration. Once again, in less than a years time, Biden plans on abandoning US Citizens in a war torn country. I am sure we will leave the billions of dollars of Tax Payer money and US Military equipment there, too. FJB
