MORE ELECTION FRAUD DISCOVERED

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — An elections board in a North Carolina county has removed Mark Meadows, a former chief of staff to President Donald Trump, from its list of registered voters after documents showed he lived in Virginia and voted in the 2021 election in that state.

Questions arose about Mark Meadows last month, when North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein’s office asked the State Bureau of Investigation to look into Meadows’ voter registration in Macon County in western North Carolina.

In announcing his removal, the Macon County Board of Elections said it has received no formal challenge and is referring the matter to the SBI, the state Board of Elections said Wednesday.

A representative for Meadows did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Macon County District Attorney Ashley Welch asked the attorney general’s office in March to handle any probe into Meadows’ voter registration and said she would recuse herself from the matter. She noted that Meadows, a former congressman from the area, contributed to her campaign for DA and appeared in political ads endorsing her.

Public records indicated Meadows is registered to vote in two states, including North Carolina, where he listed a mobile home he did not own as his legal residence weeks before casting a ballot in that state in the 2020 presidential election.

Nothing in there that indicates that Meadows voted twice. Sounds like a big ado about nothing. Liz Harrington on Twitter: "These are felony election law violations caught on camera And law enforcement is doing nothing about it https://t.co/r0R9sSRVng" / Twitter

Good news CT! Counseling is available

Air Force offers up counseling, legal help to personnel affected by LGBTQ state laws

Leadership has informed any struggling service men and women they may utilize military medical facilities for mental health support for themselves or their kids, as well as obtain counseling from legal personnel.

"The health, care and resilience of our [Air Force] personnel and their families is not just our top priority — it's essential to our ability to accomplish the mission," Air Force Undersecretary Gina Ortiz Jones said, per HuffPost. "We are closely tracking state laws and legislation to ensure we prepare for and mitigate effects to our Airmen, Guardians and their families. Medical, legal resources, and various assistance are available for those who need them."

Personnel can also, if desired, request a transfer to a state they believe safer for their LGBTQ child. For example, a service member with a transgender child in Texas or Florida could ask to be relocated in the wake of the former's gender-affirming care restrictions or the latter's much-criticized "Don't Say Gay" bill.

Quinnipiac Poll: Biden’s Approval Rating Sinks To 33%

President Joe Biden’s approval rating sank to a new low of 33%, according to a new Quinnipiac poll.

The April poll found 33% of voters approved of Biden’s handling as president, while 54% disapproved. Broken down by party lines, Republicans disapprove 93-3%. Democrats approve 76-12%.

More than half of Independent voters disapprove of the 46th president’s handling, with only 26% offering approval.

The Quinnipiac poll surveyed 1,412 U.S. adults nationwide from April 7th – 11th. The margin of error was +/- 2.6 percentage points.

Biden’s support has waned in recent months among Independent and Hispanic voters.

A December poll from The Wall Street Journal found Republicans have made rapid gains with the Hispanic voting demographic. When asked which party they would back if the 2022 Congressional midterm election were today, 37% of Hispanic voters said they would support the Republican congressional candidate, and 37% said they would favor the Democrat. (RELATED: POLL: Biden’s Approval Rating Crashes To 24% With Independents)

Democratic pollster John Anzalone, whose company conducted The Wall Street Journal poll, along with the firm of Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio, said the Hispanic vote is something “we’re going to have to fight for.”

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki responded to a question Monday, asking about the president’s low approval ratings. “I think that the president recognizes that the country is still grappling with a small number of challenges that impact people and their everyday lives, whether that is a continuing fight with a pandemic that has been going on for several years or the fact that costs are going up. Some of those are a result of the actions of President Putin — yes, as it relates to gas prices — but others are related to impacts of COVID-19 and impacts on the supply chain.”

“So, what our focus is and his focus continues to be: on solutions to address these challenges, and keeping our heads down and trying to continue to deliver for the American people,” she added.

Poll: Biden’s Ending Title 42 at Border Enormously Unpopular with Voters

Fewer than 3-in-10 American registered voters say they support President Joe Biden’s plans to end the Title 42 public health authority at the United States-Mexico border, a new poll finds.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced this month that the Biden administration would end Title 42 on May 23. The authority has allowed federal immigration officials over the last two years to quickly return illegal aliens to their native countries after arriving at the border.

My comment: No doubt this decision by Biden is very popular in the CTGoldwing household.
