Which size, aspct ratio monitor should I get ?

Hi all,

I have a Hik 7616 NI E2/8P NVR and would like to get a standalone monitor to connect to the NVR.

The NVR has both VGA and HDMI outputs.

Is any one better than the other when it comes to viewing cams ?

Currently have 5 cams but will go upto 8. The cams are 3MP, so full HD monitor.

Also, does size/ aspect ratio have much to do with it ?
16:9 / 16:10 / 4:3
Will get atleast a 20" monitor

Get a 1080p monitor..they are all 16:9 now...
pay attention to power consumption if you will be leaving it on 24/7..either vga or hdmi will be fine,..
