We were always able to flash original Hikvision firmware to the Annke N46PCK 16 channel nvr. We just got in a new batch and it looks like the Annke firmware has been changed and updated. We can no longer flash the hikvision firmware. Does anyone know what has changed and how we can flash the Hikvision firmware to the unit?

Hik and Dahua recently have been hardcoding some of the OEMs to not allow that - I guess they got tired of people buying cheaper units and flashing better firmware on it. HIK is even not allowing someone to downgrade their firmware on some models.

Maybe someone has figured out a way around, but I have not seen the chatter here.

which firmware were you flashing do you have a link pls
