Wondering as I am not seeing options from major brands especially for new model cameras, i.e Hik ColorVu/Accusense etc fo option to choose a dark glass dome cover to hide the angle of the camera/lens.
is there some aftermarket part that we can host such cameras within or what options exist OR would we be limited to choosing a camera that has such a feature only (quite limiting)?

Appreciate any feedback.

Thanks

First off, dome's can be problematic outdoors due to reflections, dirt and degrading over time.
Stick with Turret cams.
Second, if you put a tinted cover over the lens, guess what? It's just like you putting on sunglasses, and it will dimish the the ability for the camera to see at night, just like it would for you.
Very few people notice cameras at all, let alone where they are being pointed.

It's an option if you order in the hundreds....
Try tint film or tint spray, make sure your scene is well lit ie: indoor retail
