I believe the US mostly worked with Male Translators in the field operations, so without further information we really do not know about the bias associated with the picture ..90% male. They don't think highly of their women it appears.

That is just not true. Biden has not delivered on anything. The Covid had peaked and was starting the downturn when the Inauguration took place.
