Standalone PC specs

Hi all, i want to run 8x 4k hikvision colorvu cameras and want a PC to run blueiris.
Are these specs good enough?
HP Compaq Intel i5-3470 @3.20GHz 4GB RAM 2TB HDD Win 10 Pro

I would go a little newer with hardware. It will run, but I have a i7-3770 that ran 12 4mp and 2 mp cameras but it needed more than 4Gb of ram. how about something with an i5 or i7 6th generation and 16Gb of ram?

of course as other will tell you, you are likely to add more cameras in the future. and you might want to future in enough power to add a few more cameras. Some of the guys in here are running i7-4790's with many cameras.
