Upgrade from v4 (no-support) to V5

A question about upgrade.

I have BI v4 where support ended 2019, now I have the need for BI v5.
If I now buy the extended service for v4 (~30 USD) will that allow me to upgrade to v5 or will I have to buy a completely new license for v5 (~60 USD) ?
