Hello I am looking for this firmware for my cam: IPCAM C6F0SoZ3N0PcL2 I am looking for the original firmware or higher than this: Software version: V19.1.14.16.28-20200813 / Webware version: V3.0.7.1 car I have a problem the camera movement commands are inverted, up, down, left, and right and in addition I can not do a factory reset, when I do it does not erase everything completely it keeps certain to give in memory ,thank you.

Hi. Have you been able to resolve the Problem ?. I Seem to have the Same problem as you. If you have indeed solved the Problem, Please could you Share.

For me, PTZ doesn't turn back after motion tracking by default (preset1). I can't update the firmware either. It's the same version.
 
Hello, i have just bought the same camera but at the beginning i had the same problem of [U]Sanyi126:[/U] Camera don't turn back on preset 1 after autotrack.
after 5 minutes autotrack stop works and i not have idea how i can re-enable it.
I have read user manual but didn't find any word about enable or disable that function.
Any idea?
I have try to upgrade fw on ipcam.xin site

I have a similar cam, it is a 30X Zoom, 5MP, built-in speaker/mic, standard Wi-Fi and Ethernet (no POE), AI (human) tracking, SD card slot, 6 cruise groups, Hi3516EV300 chipset with Sony STARVIS IMX335 camera element, 6 IR LEDs, and external power/ethernet/resetbutton cables. This one has a slightly different model number (device type), it is an IPCAM C6F0SoZ3N0PcL2 running firmware V19.1.14.16.28-20200416. It appears to have its own PTZ hidden command layout that's different than the ones above. The annoyance I have is that the PTZ motors don't seem to rest at idle (causing indoor noise and additional noise on the built-in mic). I'd love to find a firmware update for it, but no luck yet.

Here are some of the PTZ codes I've figured out:
CALL 76 - Cruise Group #1 (1-16)
CALL 77 - Cruise Group #2 (17-32)
CALL 78 - Cruise Group #3 (33-48)
CALL 79 - Cruise Group #4 (49-64)
CALL 80 - Cruise Group #5 (65-76)
CALL 81 - Cruise Group #6 (81-94)
CALL 100 - Halt Cruising Immediately
CALL 99 - Cruise between preset #62 and #63 (exits for reasons unknown)
CALL 97 - Cruise between preset #62 and #63 (exits for reasons unknown)
CALL 96 - Halt Cruising When Preset Is Reached
CALL 92 - Clear All Preset and Reset PTZ Camera
CALL 91 - Recalibrate PTZ Motor Positioning

I'm still trying to work out human auto-tracking. I know I can enable it by SETing a guard position at 86, then CALLing 86, CALLing 66, CALLing 69, then moving to a different position and SETting 67, then CALLing 67. At that point, it automatically tracks people (moving the camera as necessary) and automatically zooms in on a new target to get a good view of their upper-torso. The codes as I understand them so far are...

SET 86 - Set Guard Position (default position it automatically returns to)
CALL 86 - Enable Guard Function. If the AI moves the camera, or you do a call, it will automatically return to this spot after a short period of time. Manually moving the PTZ position appears to cancel
CALL 66 - Enable Human Tracking
CALL 68 - Disable Human Tracking
CALL 69 - Enable Human Auto Zoom (performs an initial close-up zoom when a new target is acquired)
CALL 70 - Disable Human Auto Zoom

Anyhow, I'm looking for firmware (or PTZ codes like those above). And if you've got a version of this CamHi / IPCAM / whatever it is that obeys the above codes and is higher than V19.1.14.16.28, all the better! :)
