Reached maximum AI capabilities

I have N54B3P NVR and getting message "reached maximum AI capabilities" when trying to enable metadata for 5231E-Z
What is considered a one AI function on the system and which functions can be combine.
There is not much explanation on AI usability limits

A 5231ez does not have any AI functions or metadata.

I am able to do face detection and if the future is not supported i am getting function not supported message.
Is the "reached maximum AI capabilities" message telling me that this function is not supported?
