I have been recording my clips successfully to a Zyxel NAS for more than a year (probably going on three).
Last night we had some pretty serious storms roll through - which tripped 3 of my GFCI circuits - but never killed power to the BI machine or to the NAS.
Starting right around the peak of the storm, I began getting notifications for "disk not ready". Thing is, they're extremely infrequent. Only one or two every few hours:

The NAS is reporting zero issues. Network appears fine - no noticeable latency or other errors. I'm having BI rebuild the DB now hoping that it's a glitch. If I still get glitches, I will switch to an external USB drive. If that resolves it then I still won't know if it is the drive or the network-based storage connectivity that is the cause.
Anyone seen this kind of behavior?
