Playback doesn't work

Hi there,

Playback doesn't work for me (ver. 5.2.1.3). It just won't play, either from bvr clips, or from the win explorer file (in "New"). In prior BI versions, I could play, increase and decrease speed, and jump to alerts. Now I can't do anything in playback. CPU and RAM use seems reasonable (CPU is at 24%, RAM is at 400 MBs). I've posted a vimeo screen video . Please help! My neighbor's car got hit last night and I can't view or playback!

Also, when I export a smaller clip and try to play it fm with VLC, it's just a movie of a single frame.

v5.2.1.4 is available.

Not to be a wiseguy brother, but you are pressing the "Play" button, correct (>)?

LOL! Yes. I press, and press, and press, increase the playback speed, decrease the playback speed, hit play another 14 times -- nada.

I actually had this issue yesterday @looney2ns ... I chalked it up to me being a dolt. On my end it seems to have resolved itself over night, Go figure.

Typically, theirs very few times that "triggered+continuous each" is used.
Do you have a specific situation to do so?
Change your combine cut size to 4gb.

If you want continuous recording and alerts for motion, select continuous. You will get alerts on trigger. Triggered + continuous will not continuously record.
