PIR and Digital Inpoot trigger BI

Hi.I have 4 Hikvision cameras 2 with build in PIR and 2 With External PIR triggering the camera Digital input.
I want to trigger the Blue iris with this cameras but i cant.I have alredy use them with my synology server and all off the cameras trigering synology with this setup.Can anyone hel to setting the blueiris?

you need to specify the models. See the threads on the hikvision cubes with pir.

2cd2135fwd-is and 2cd2145fwd_is are the models that i use external pir to trigger the digital input. 2cd2425fwd-iw and 2cd2445fwd-iw are the models with built-in prir.

No one can help.I have mailed the support but not help.As i say the pir sensors are working exelend with synology but not with BI.

no need to bump 4 threads on the same issue. Find the threads that discuss the cube camera and use those EXACT settings. What did support tell you? dont just say he didnt help, provide details.
 
I have test everithing that i have find in the forum and its not works.I use BI many years but this thisng is total disapoinding to be so dificult set up to pul a DIO alarm from camera to BI.I have done the steps from help but still not working. This is the reason that i have bub the other threds beacause i cant find any spasific help for the problem. I have test with all streams , all ports 554 and the other that i have setup i have test with Generic onvif MAKE, Hikvision spesific MAKE , and Hikvision spesic model.I have the Get eevents with Pull... tick. This is the reason tha i ask for help.It gone to make me crazy...

There are specific instructions on how to do this. If you can't bother to look it up, I refuse to disclose your conversation with support, then you should probably use Synology.

PIR event in Blue Iris?

I have read the manual(Help button)at BI .Is there any hiden instructions that i missing?


I thing is a help forum support to provide help to others and take help to people.
To change opinions. If a have made any wrong then sorry.

Weird. On my Dahuas, subscribing to PullPoint and “Camera’s digital input or motion alarm” is all I need to do to get features like IVS and PIR (built-in) to work.

You might try downloading this Windows app, give it the same username and password that you use with BI, connect to one of your cameras and make sure the camera is sending something over PullPoint when PIR alerts trigger.
