hello
I can not to connect this camera in blue iris. this model does not exist in the list of models .... and even with other models ipcc i dont arrive.
how can I connect?

Welcome to the forum, try the rtsp streams for the other ipcc models...
You can also select the generic rtsp stream make sure you enter the correct rtsp port it should be 554
in the path use /11
 
I specify that I can not seem to connect to the camera via my browser. in chrome it connects but the view of the camera does not appear. and with explorer it connected several times, I even managed to change the port in fixed ip .... but for several days it makes me " login timeout"

well if you cannot connect and see video via your browser you cannot expect Blue Iris to work..email the seller, get the url, make sure you are using the correct login credentials...
This is the problem with cheap no-name cameras.
