My BI setup on my cameras have pretty much been unlimited so my system is quite slow now. Is there a way to compress/delete triggers/alerts globally without going to each calendar day? Almost like a fresh install.

If you have Blue Iris setup correctly, it does this automatically and it wouldn't make any difference anyways.
